WeFixIt is developed for one of valued client where he was facing a huge gap in between the tenants and the management (maintenance team).

The problem was there was no clarity that when the complaint was raised (via telephone call) and whether the technician is assigned by the management team for a particular complaint.

There were a lot of grey areas like sometimes tenants were saying that they called 3 to 4 times but the technicians are not visiting to fix the problem with their Air Conditioner or other maintenance works or sometimes the technicians were saying that we are paying a visit to tenant but he is not at home or we didn’t receive any call from tenant.

So, to solve this issue our client discussed with us that if we can make an app and solve this problem via making a log of each event that is raising a complaint by tenant and then offering visiting times to tenants by our maintenance team supervisor and so on.

At the end of process the tenant will be then offered a survey to rate the job done via Surview.ae

This way now our client knows that which complaints were raised when and resolved when!
